About I-LAP
The Interfaith League Against Poverty-PAK (I-LAP-PAK) is a Pakistan-based organization working to build a peaceful, inclusive and compassionate society. It promotes religious freedom, human rights, equality and dignity for all through community development, education, interfaith engagement, advocacy and capacity-building.
I-LAP works with religious leaders, civil society, government, academia, youth and communities to strengthen understanding, address poverty and vulnerability, prevent conflict, and build bridges across religious and social divides. Its growing work also includes the International Religious Freedom Peace Builders Forum–Pakistan (IRF PBF Pakistan), bringing together diverse stakeholders to advance religious freedom, peace and social harmony.

We are looking for a confident, relationship-oriented Program & Partnership Coordinator to support our programs and partnerships.

| Experience | Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the NGO/development sector |
| Education | Master’s Degree in Social Sciences from a reputable institution |
| Language | Excellent written and spoken English is essential |
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in program coordination and partnership development
- Strong knowledge of Pakistan’s civil society and development sector
- Familiarity with diplomatic missions/corps, government officials and institutions
- Excellent networking, communication and coordination skills
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and organizing high-level meetings/events
- Understanding of peacebuilding, religious freedom, human rights or interfaith engagement is an advantage
- Professionalism, discretion and strong interpersonal skills
