Interfaith League Against Poverty (I-LAP), a national civil society organization committed to promoting interfaith harmony, peacebuilding, community development, education, and social inclusion, invites applications for the position of:
Female Program Coordinator
Location: Blue Area, Islamabad
Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Master’s degree from a recognized institution
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
• Good spoken communication skills in both English and Urdu
• Strong writing and reporting skills in English
• Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office and internet applications
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, self-motivated, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve organizational goals
The ideal candidate should have a passion for community service, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including youth, women, faith leaders, and community representatives.
